Shipping policy

LOCAL ORDERS


As of Nov 23, 2021, we started shipping through GOGO EXPRESS & J&T for some provincial areas. You can opt for same-day delivery pickup once your order is ready. 

Metro Manila shipping fee starts at ₱80 (small pouch) & provincial shipping fee is ₱140 to  ₱200 (500g). The cost can increase depending on the package size.  We might charge an additional shipping fee if your package will not fit in those pouches mentioned above. You will receive an email if there will be any changes to the shipping fee.

After shipping and handing your package to the third-party courier, it is no longer our responsibility, and any damage to the packaging during shipping is beyond our control. You will be the one to follow up with the courier if the package is delayed or lost. We can only provide the tracking number and contact number of the courier. If you do not agree with this, please do not proceed with the order.

You can follow up on the status of your package on their website. Please give 2-3 days before following up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - currently suspended

For international shipping, we ship via PHILPOST.

There are 2 options available for shipping:

1. EMS

- Covers all types of products (with 2-3 leather covers) on the website such as planner covers, traveler’s notebooks, planner pouches, stickers, etc.

- It can take 3-7 days to arrive in your country.

- 1000 grams is the maximum weight for the rate, and you might be charged with an additional fee if you order 4 or more planner covers (based on our experience, it exceeds the maximum weight for the cheapest EMS price, especially if ring binders or planners with lots of inserts)

2. REGISTERED MAIL

- Covers all types of products (with strictly 1 leather cover only + lightweight accessories)

- It can take 4-6 weeks or 30-45 days to arrive in your country.

- 250g is the maximum weight for the rate, and it will incur an additional fee if you exceed the given figures.  

NOTE:

The count on shipping days will start after the processing time of your order.
