Refund policy

 

In the event that we agree to a refund, we can only send back the worth of the item less the shipping fee may it be for local or international orders.

Lost parcel:  Once we shipped the package, it is no longer in our control. Read the shipping policy for more info.
 
Ordered the wrong item: We strictly follow the invoice we receive whenever you place your order. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we cannot issue a refund.
 
Shipped the wrong package: If you receive the wrong package from us, we cannot issue a refund but we will make sure to send the correct package & cover the shipping fee so you can send back the wrong package to us.
